The Haven Pilates is a new boutique Pilates studio opening in Carcavelos, founded by three Portuguese women who chose to take ownership of their lives and build something that truly reflected their values. What started as a dream — and a deep love for Pilates — became a studio grounded in intention, warmth, and community.

At The Haven, we offer reformer, mat and barre classes, always in small groups, with intentional teaching and an environment designed to feel calm, warm, and welcoming. Our philosophy is simple: movement should feel good, fit naturally into your routine, and support your life — not the other way around.

Whether you're beginning your Pilates journey or looking to deepen your practice, The Haven is a space to build strength, consistency, and well-being with guidance you can trust.
