The Hawaiʻi Team, led by Dan Polimino, is a boutique real estate advisory specializing in luxury and world-class properties along the West Side of Hawaiʻi Island. Every listing is approached with disciplined strategy, concierge-level service, and bespoke marketing designed to protect value and maximize results—not simply achieve a sale.

With 19 years of experience and more than 1,300 completed transactions across multiple luxury markets, Dan brings institutional-level expertise to each client relationship. His approach is precise, data-driven, and deliberately selective—built for sellers who expect discretion, accountability, and measurable performance.

In 2025, The Hawaiʻi Team delivered clear market outperformance. While the broader market averaged a 93% list-to-sale price ratio, our sellers achieved 98%, securing 5% more value at closing. Over the past five years, we have successfully sold $140 million in real estate along the Kona Coast through a proven selling system that performs in both strong and shifting markets

Clients benefit from both global buyer reach and deep local market intelligence, allowing each property to be positioned strategically, marketed precisely, and negotiated from a position of strength.
