The He-Ro Project CIC is a values-led organisation providing accessible mental skills and wellbeing support for individuals, teams and communities.

Rooted in sport psychology principles, our work helps people develop the mental skills needed to cope, perform and thrive in demanding environments, in sport, education, work and everyday life.

We believe that high-quality mental skills support should not be reserved for elite performers or those who can afford private services. The He-Ro Project exists to make this support practical, inclusive and community-supported.

Our work includes:

Mental Skills Coaching for adults, athletes (amateur and elite), teams and organisations

Groups & Experiences that embed mental skills through creativity, movement and shared activity

Education & Partnerships with schools, organisations and community groups

Across all areas, we focus on skills such as confidence, focus, emotional regulation, resilience, mindfulness and sustainable performance.

The He-Ro Project operates on a donation-based model, allowing those who can to support wider access for others. We are a Community Interest Company (CIC), committed to reinvesting in our communities and reducing barriers to wellbeing support.

Our aim is simple but ambitious:
to help people of all ages build the mental skills they need for life.
