The Heart Next Door is a maternal wellness platform and AI-powered digital doula designed to support new and expecting mothers — 24/7. Built with love and informed by lived experience, our app puts culturally-rooted care, community, and connection directly at moms' fingertips.

We believe maternal health should be proactive, personal, and preventive — because nearly 80% of maternal-related deaths are preventable. Our platform combines real-time emotional check-ins, appointment tracking, partner updates, community-building features, and personalized guidance to ensure that every mother feels seen, supported, and never alone.

We serve not just mothers, but the systems around them — equipping healthcare providers, birth workers, and public health organizations with actionable data and insight to better intervene, respond, and care.

🍼 Community-led.
🤍 Trauma-informed.
📲 Tech-enabled.
🌍 Built in Detroit — for moms everywhere.

Together, we’re reimagining maternal care.
