The HeartSpace Collective is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit creating restorative, judgment-free spaces where women Veterans can rest, reconnect, and rise together. We design holistic wellness retreats and year-round community touch points that prioritize authentic connection, resilience, and belonging. Our programming blends facilitated small-group dialogue, mind-body grounding practices, expressive workshops, and personal time for real rest—because transformation grows in community.

Why it matters
More than two million women Veterans live in the U.S., yet far fewer supports are tailored to their lived experience. The HeartSpace Collective exists to close that gap with culturally responsive, non-clinical programming that honors service while centering the whole person.

What we offer
• Immersive, small-cohort retreats in serene, nature-rich settings
• Facilitated circles that build trust, voice, and agency
• Mind-body practices (hiking, yoga, guided meditation, mindful movement)
• Creative/expressive workshops
• Community reconnection after the retreat

Who we are
The HeartSpace Collective is founded and led by women Veterans with deep operational, clinical, and coaching expertise—leaders who volunteered for hard missions in uniform and now choose to build spaces where others can breathe, be seen, and feel supported.
