The Henley Group is a team of seasoned CMBS experts deeply committed to solving the complex servicer and lender challenges facing Borrowers in all asset classes.CM

We fiercely advocate for Commercial Real Estate Owners whose loans require restructuring and experienced Master Servicer and Special Servicer negotiation. The Henley Group has worked out over $14 billion in CMBS, CRE-CLO, and balance sheet loans to date, and we are proud to have forged long-standing relationships with 250+ Servicers. Our team always provides senior guidance and expertise to Borrowers every step of the way.

The Henley Group was founded by veteran CMBS insiders who have captained, directed, and participated in the CMBS market since its inception. We have originated, analyzed, documented, securitized, negotiated, and DEFENDED our underwritten loans with rating agencies/B-piece buyers since 1997.

Our exceptional relationships with mortgage bankers, bondholders, and equity investors connect capital to all our deals.

Our keen ability to understand and engage with stakeholders on the other side of the table–Special Servicers, Master Servicers, and Controlling Class members–is what makes us uniquely different.

We are here to strategize. So let's talk.
