About The Herbal Pharmacist®

Founded by David Foreman, RPh, The Herbal Pharmacist® exists to educate as many people as possible about the benefits of natural health and healing. David’s philosophy centers on the Four Pillars of Health - Diet, Exercise, Mental Health, and Supplements - a simple framework that helps people live healthier, happier lives through balance and awareness.

A graduate of the University of South Carolina College of Pharmacy, David practiced for 16 years as a traditional pharmacist and owned one of Medicine Shoppe International’s top 70 pharmacies. His experience revealed that true wellness requires more than prescriptions - it requires education. Today, he uses his background in physiology, pharmacology, and natural medicine to develop evidence-based, holistic approaches that merge modern science with the healing power of nature.

David is a registered pharmacist, author, college professor, media commentator, and nationally recognized speaker who has lectured at leading universities, hospitals, and medical groups. Through his syndicated radio program and public seminars, he continues to inspire people to take charge of their well-being and understand how natural and conventional medicine can work together.

Continuing his legacy, Amanda Foreman, a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and Master of Public Health candidate at the University of Florida, leads The Herbal Pharmacist® Animal Health Division. With a background in immunology and preventive medicine, Amanda bridges veterinary science and natural health to create accessible, evidence-based wellness solutions for pets and their families.

Together, David and Amanda embody a shared mission: to make credible, science-driven natural health education available to everyone - human and animal alike - promoting a future where wellness begins with understanding.
