The Highfield Partnership is a niche specialised Search & Talent Acquisition Consultancy that sets itself apart in a recruitment market crowded with companies offering the same one-dimensional services. Our governing principles are to make the best use of our networks to the benefit of those within them, to truly embrace the notion of working in partnerships, and provide flexible and rounded consulting solutions to meet the challenges of today’s recruitment market.

Our core services are:

Specialised search: with a primary focus on mid to executive level HR & Business Transformation appointments, we offer a full search service, founded on extensive networks and a proactive approach to identify the very best talent in the market. Particularly strong within the STEM sectors, we support clients in the UK and internationally.

Senior Interims: within the HR & Business Transformation arena, we help companies engage with high impact, leadership level interims supporting transformational organisational change or bridging critical short term skill gaps.

Talent Scouting: a research service making use of our expertise and networks to help our clients identify top HR talent without having to pay the traditional introductory recruitment fee.

Flexible, embedded Talent Acquisition solutions: providing in-house/insourced recruitment or resourcing services for short term/interim projects, or flexibly deployed ongoing consultancy support. We can provide direct assistance or introduce you to connections in our network, to embed with your business on a basis that works for you and optimises your financial outlay.
