The Hinterland Collection | Timeless Venues in the Tweed Coast Hinterland

The Hinterland Collection brings together a family of award-winning venues – Summergrove Estate, Elysian Hills, Cascade Springs, Potager, and Bellingdale Farm – each offering unique spaces for weddings, retreats, celebrations, and creative escapes.

Framed by rolling hills, ocean horizons, and lush rainforest, our properties are defined by timeless beauty, curated experiences, and a deep connection to nature. From mountaintop chapels and intimate elopements to luxury accommodation, fine dining, and filming locations, The Hinterland Collection offers a seamless journey across diverse destinations.

Our vision is simple: to create spaces where people can celebrate, connect, and renew in extraordinary settings. Whether it’s a couple beginning their forever, a team finding inspiration in nature, or a family gathering for a milestone event – every detail is designed with elegance and authenticity.
