Program Management

The Program Management team at The Holdsworth Center is responsible for the design, execution, and oversight of leadership development programs targeting public school leaders across Texas. This team coordinates a diverse array of initiatives, including superintendent pipelines and campus leadership programs, ensuring their alignment with district goals. By working closely with district partners, the team identifies gaps in talent management, supports the creation of action plans, and assists with the implementation of key learnings to foster sustainable change in leadership cultures within school districts.
