The HOST Company is a hospitality group building a new category between hotels and hostels, aligned with how people actually live today: mobile, social, and in search of belonging.

In just a few years, our flagship house became the #1 property in its category in Rio on Booking.com, welcoming 30,000+ stays and building a community of 1,500+ team members, alumni, and long-term guests.

Our model is built with low capex, strong utilization, and operational simplicity, powered by culture rather than excess infrastructure. We’re not building lifestyle hotels. We’re building homes for a generation in motion.

Transforming hospitality from decoration into connection.
