Tim Abenhaim is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in operations and food and beverage management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations and Director of Food and Beverage at The Hoxton since June 2020, Tim has previously held key positions at FAUCHON L'HOTEL PARIS as Director of Food and Beverage, and at Home House as Food and Beverage Manager. Additional experience includes roles as Managing Partner and General Manager at GAUCHO, Restaurant Manager at Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, and managing pre and post-opening operations at Republique Restaurant. Tim's career also includes supervisory roles within the InterContinental Hotels Group and event coordination for the French Embassy. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Hotel & Tourism Management from Vatel School Los Angeles and a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Gestion from Université Paris 8.
