We HR Differently.

I didn't start in HR. I started in retail, hospitality, construction, the trades, staffing, manufacturing, sales, and operations — and then I built my own businesses.

After 20+ years of watching the same preventable problems take down good people and good businesses from every angle, I got tired. And when I get tired, I get creative.

I'm Ravin Rowe — CEO and Founder of The HR Chicks, organizational psychologist, and an unapologetic EQ nerd. I built The HR Chicks because leaders deserve practical, affordable, emotionally intelligent HR support — not just the ones with big budgets.
