The HR fund is leading transformation by supporting Technology Startups focused on new world of work. Founded in 2012, it’s vision is to transform the WORKFORCE by institutionalising entrepreneurship in the domain.
Our investors are leading business professionals who are experts in the Workforce domain. Their experience coupled with the investment philosophy creates a unique model for The HR Fund.
Our philosophy is as much entrepreneur focused as on the business itself. We look for dynamic entrepreneurs who are able to balance passion and values with sound business sense. In the early stages, we spend substantial time in identifying, vetting, guiding and mentoring entrepreneurs before a long term engagement. Mentoring, through regular interaction, is high on our list of priorities and also contributes to a robust vetting process.
