At The Hum we have a decade of experience in self-organising networks, open source communities, and purpose-driven organisations.

We come from the Enspiral network and the Loomio software, we bring to our clients lessons learned from our experiences working in groups dealing with the complexities of organising without traditional management structures. We have gone through organisational challenges ourselves and found solutions to solve them.

We can help you build a working environment that feels deeply nourishing, hugely productive, and resilient. Where your team can collaborate like musicians, taking turns to step forward, effortlessly improvising together. Where each unique voice can be heard as a distinctive element of the harmonies you create together. We can help your group to become a humming team. We focus on culture and relationships first, tools and processes second.

*Our mission is to provide practical guidance for collaborative teams.*
