AI-enabled growth. Human-centered by design.

The Human Algorithm™ engages with growing companies, academic institutions, and partners to modernize how growth happens in an AI-powered world—grounded in people, trust, and real-world execution.

Our approach spans advisory and speaking—driving the translation of AI ambition into measurable impact by aligning leadership, strategy, operating models, and people.

Founded by Alyssa Fenoglio, The Human Algorithm is shaped by over two decades of senior marketing and digital leadership across healthcare and consumer organizations, including Procter & Gamble, Medtronic, Abbott, Sanofi, and Teva, as well as a Best of CES–recognized digital health start-up. This breadth brings a commercially grounded, human-centered perspective to building modern growth models.

If this perspective resonates, let’s connect to explore further.
