At The Human Edge Group, we help healthcare organisations build and keep exceptional teams, without paying traditional agency fees.

We are a group of specialist companies working together to deliver one outcome: sustainable, human-centred workforce growth across Australia and New Zealand.

Our Expertise

Fractional Recruitment Partnerships – Flexible, embedded recruitment support, with one of ANZ’s most trusted healthcare recruiters (Top 10 Recruiter on SEEK).

We work as your Fractional Recruiter — building pipelines, managing compliance, and hiring quality people who stay.

Workforce Retention Consulting – Our 10Ure Framework helps identify why staff leave and creates systems, culture, and leadership models that make them stay. Led by recognised Retention Experts, we turn turnover data into practical action plans.

Recruitment Coaching & Internal Training – Through our Training Division, we teach internal recruitment teams to think like professionals — sourcing smarter, engaging candidates better, and cutting agency reliance by up to 50 %.

Why Partner with Us

We’re not a recruitment agency. We’re a strategic workforce partner — combining recruitment, retention, and training to help healthcare providers hire once and hire right.

Every engagement is designed around measurable outcomes: lower turnover, stronger culture, and improved ROI.

The Human Edge Group — trusted by hospitals and aged care providers to deliver the people, systems, and skills that keep teams together.
