At The Human Factor (THF), we work with organisations facing complexity, pace, and high stakes. We help leaders think clearly, make better decisions, and lead effectively under pressure.

Our work sits at the intersection of leadership, human factors, and strategy, drawing on academic rigour and deep practical experience.

Our main programmes:
1. Leading Under Pressure (across industries). A leadership development programme that helps participants:
• Make decisions with incomplete information
• Maintain judgement under stress
• Lead with presence, authority, and clarity
• Navigate complexity without paralysis

2. Human Factors as Strategic Advantage (for high-reliability environments) helps participants:
• Understand human factors-related risk
• Strengthen decision-making under operational pressure
• Learn from error without blame
• Align leadership practices with system reliability

Delivery and reach: Our programmes incorporate multiple modalities and touchpoints (e.g., face-to-face, online, team and individual coaching). We deliver them in multiple languages through our team of associates across APAC.

Our corporate clients are primarily APAC offices of large multinationals with teams across the region.

We also offer individual leadership coaching focused on helping clients lead with purpose, and balance care and performance.
