Chloe Johns is a marketing team leader known for driving growth in technology sectors through innovative strategies and analytics. Chloe has extensive experience in both startup and scale-up environments, most recently serving as Co-Lead for Partnerships and Growth at The ICE Network since 2025. Previously, Chloe held positions such as Head of Marketing and Demand Generation at Qudini and worked as a Fractional Marketing and Sales Lead, where they developed high-impact strategies for various businesses. With a background that includes a BEng in Materials Engineering and an MRes in Power and Aerospace Engineering from Swansea University, Chloe combines technical expertise with marketing acumen to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
