As the biggest provider of expat skills in the DRC, we at the Icon Group have developed many aspects of our business along the way, which has kept us at the leading edge of our industry.

To protect its local labor force and ensure foreign skills brings needed expertise, the DRC has put in place rigorous immigration and work permit processes, and over the years we have developed an in-house team which has focused on mastering all aspects of this process so that we are able to ensure that everyone of our contracted expats enters and works in the country in the most compliant manner.

Our relentless commitment to ensuring that we remain compliant has ensured that through all our experiences we have built up an excellent reputation in respect with upholding rules and regulations of the entire immigration process. Consequently we are confident not to be able to offer these same services as an Outsourced Service Provider outside of our own needs.

We at the Icon Group are ideally placed to take care of all your Visa services, from advising at the beginning of the process on the best possible solution to executing the services to their logical and successful conclusion.
