The Idea Spa — a spa for your mind – is a place to expand your thinking, your expectations, your awareness and your enjoyment in life.

At The Idea Spa, we believe every one of us has the choice and opportunity to increase our level of happiness, peace, joy and abundance. However, many of us don’t take the time, make the effort or realize how little it takes to increase the level of all things that make us happy and excited about life.

Our goal is to help as many people as possible be all they can be, all they want to be and to live the joyous life they deserve.

Paul Casper, founder of The Idea Spa, has authored the book “Let’s Have a Great Day… Every Day!”, which is available in audio and kindle formats on Amazon and in hardcover on both the Barnes and Noble website and theideaspa.com.

The Idea Spa offers blogs, Wine, Cheese & Idea Spa small group events, one-on-one discussion sessions and inspiring motivational presentations to company employee groups.
