Nick Edwards is a seasoned business leader and restructuring expert with extensive experience in advising stakeholders of underperforming businesses. Recognized for their roles at Deloitte UK, where they served as Partner and UK Head of Restructuring Services, Nick has also engaged with a variety of industries including retail, healthcare, and manufacturing. Currently, they are an Independent Consultant and serve on the Board of the London Restructuring Network and The IFT. Nick's contributions to governance include leadership positions at Davenies School and involvement with various committees and organizations, including CARE International UK and INSOL International. They hold a BA in Accounting & Finance from Nottingham Trent University and are a Fellow of ICAEW.
