The Incentive House is passionate about delivering creative events that excite, inspire and stand out. It’s a customer-centric agency, providing your business with rewarding events and incredible memories. Each event is delivered with an experienced, highly personalised level of attention and detail.

Our clients are the reason we love our business.
Our mission is to exceed your expectations in every way, for every programme.
We want you to dream big. When you do, it inspires us to create your masterpiece.

Why knock on our door?
Motivational get-togethers and travel incentives should be life-changing experiences (igniting the desire to strive for the next reward) and here at The Incentive House, we will open the door to your perfect event. We’ll work with you to create incentive campaigns and aspirational trips that engage and motivate your teams. We’ve picked the brains of our numerous partners in the UK and internationally; our on-the-ground locals help us to bring you the insider recommendations and tips you won't find elsewhere, as well as trendsetting inspiration. We will keep you exploring long after you return home.

We are a boutique agency, so there are no giant overhead costs to pass on. We are nimble and have the ability to scale up and down as required to perfectly suit your needs. We do things your way; there is no one size fits all philosophy here; we craft until it’s perfect, colouring outside the lines.
