At The Inclusive Bean, we’re more than just a place to enjoy great coffee—we’re a woman-led non-profit on a mission to create a truly inclusive and diverse community. Located in the heart of the historic Belle City Square in Racine, WI, our shop offers more than just coffee. We provide meaningful opportunities for people with disabilities to grow, learn life skills, and thrive in the workplace.

We believe in fair pay for all, which is why we proudly pay our disabled employees above minimum wage. Our employees are valued for their unique talents, and we provide them with hands-on training, helping them develop not only professional skills but confidence and independence.

At The Inclusive Bean, diversity and opportunity are at the heart of everything we do. Every cup of coffee is brewed with care and represents the strength of an inclusive community where everyone is valued.
