The Inclusive Coach partners with organisations across the UK to build fair, inclusive and high-performing workplaces.

Led by Niru Subramanian — an experienced workplace investigator, mediator and leadership coach — we support HR and leadership teams to strengthen culture, resolve conflict and embed inclusive behaviours in everyday practice.

Our work combines empathy with evidence-based insight to deliver practical results: improved trust, stronger communication and more inclusive decision-making. Whether through workplace investigations, mediation or leadership development programmes, we help organisations attract, retain and empower diverse talent so both people and business can thrive.

Beyond the workplace, Niru also serves as People Trustee at Reading Mencap, a charity supporting children and adults with learning disabilities and their families across Berkshire. This role reflects our belief that inclusion and equity should extend into every part of life and community.
