Chris Mace

Chris Mace is a Tableau and Alteryx Certified Consultant and Trainer. At The Information Lab, Chris works with Tableau Desktop and Server to help companies create insightful visualizations from their data. Prior to this, at ESP Global Services, Chris held various roles such as Business Data Developer, Process & Quality Co-ordinator, and Technical Service Desk Manager. In the latter position, Chris managed a team of technical service desk analysts and desktop support engineers, handled escalations, interviewed new team members, and ensured high-quality technical support to customers in a high-pressure industry. Chris also worked on internal projects related to system evaluations and deployments, displaying technical skills and attention to detail.
