Mel E. has a diverse background in operations and recruitment, currently serving as Head of Operations & Alumni at The Information Lab since March 2016. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Sourcing Strategist at SapientNitro and a Senior Consultant in digital and creative fields at several companies, including round8 and Median Recruitment LTD. Mel E. has also held the position of Director at The Elwin Partnership and worked as a PR Recruitment Consultant at Median Recruitment LTD. An education foundation in International Fashion Marketing was established at The Manchester Metropolitan University, complemented by earlier studies at London Oratory School and Marist Convent.
