Ann Gehan

Ann Gehan is a seasoned journalist specializing in e-commerce, retail, and consumer brands. Currently serving as a reporter for The Information since October 2022, Ann's work has gained recognition from prominent publications such as the New York Times, Bloomberg, and Reuters. Previously, Ann worked as a junior retail reporter and finance reporting fellow at Business Insider, covering payments and fintech. Ann's early career includes a business reporting internship at The Dallas Morning News and various writing roles, including creative strategist at Pitch Story Lab at Duke and staff features reporter at the Duke Chronicle. Ann holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, Economics, and Policy Journalism & Media Studies from Duke University and is a graduate of Ursuline Academy of Dallas.
