Grace Easter

Grace Easter is a seasoned professional in the commercial and account management sectors, currently serving as the Commercial Director - North at The Ingenuity Group since August 2025. Previously, Grace held various positions at Jaywing, including Partnership Director and Business Director - Brand & Creative, from August 2023 to August 2025. Grace has also worked at IDHL as Team Account Director and Account Director, and has experience as Operations Manager at AUS Ltd and Head of Projects at Blacks Visual. Grace's earlier roles include Client Services Director and other leadership positions at Harlequin Design (London) Ltd, along with multiple account management roles at Sheridan&Co and The One Off. Grace began a career in marketing as a Marketing Executive at JLL. Grace holds a degree in Management & Advertising, Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Lincoln, obtained between 2008 and 2011.
