Michael Hober is the Director of Recruiting at The Intersect Group. Michael has over 9 years of experience in recruiting, sales, and leadership. Prior to joining The Intersect Group, Michael was with Insight Global for over 9 years, where they held various roles including Recruiting, Sales, and Leadership. Prior to Insight Global, Michael worked as a Trade Operations Analyst at Wells Fargo. Michael has a proven track record of success in recruiting and sales and is a strong leader.

Michael Hober holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from St. Bonaventure University as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the same school.

Michael Hober reports to Joe Myers, CEO. They work with Kolby Dean - Director of Training & Development, Dave Kaplan - Market Director, and Daniel Youssif - Senior Director of Client Solutions.
