Tracy Munroe

Tracy Munroe has over 25 years of experience in training and management roles within various organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Training at The Intersect Group since July 2014, Tracy focuses on fostering relationships and a people-first approach to talent strategy. Prior experience includes serving as Corporate Trainer and Professional Development Manager at MATRIX Resources, Inc., where responsibilities involved training new hires across the company. Earlier roles included positions as Executive Assistant at APM and DHR International, where Tracy contributed to proposals, marketing strategies, and conference planning. Tracy holds education credentials from the Chicago College of Commerce and College of DuPage.
