The Interview Group helps employers engage and retain people. We use highly structured phone interviews conducted by experienced business people. The following services are all delivered via phone interview with instant self-serve cloud based trend reporting:

Exit Interviews - deep dive interviews that distinguish true turnover drivers from dis-satisfiers.

On-boarding Interviews - to retain new staff and get them to full productivity quickly.

Stay Interviews - a deep dive into engagement/retention on an individual level. These are most often used for targeted retention e.g. digging deeper into hot spots from an engagement survey, top performers, hi-po's, diversity groups or employee segments that are turning over or difficult to replace.

Diversity Interviews - to guide diversity strategies, fill holes in leadership pipelines, engage and include target groups.
