The Introduction is a specialist B2B consultancy operating at the intersection of enterprise event production, delegate acquisition, and business development strategy.

Founded over a decade ago and headquartered in Amsterdam — one of Europe's most connected business hubs — we are positioned to serve enterprise clients across the continent and beyond with the access, speed, and relationships that global work demands.

We work with a focused portfolio of enterprise brands on high-stakes events where commercial outcomes matter. Our approach to delegate acquisition goes beyond attendance — we bring the right people into the room, ensuring every event generates qualified relationships, measurable pipeline, and tangible return on investment.

Alongside our event work, we partner with marketing agencies to build structured, scalable business development strategies that create sustained new business growth.

At the core of everything we do is a proprietary global network of over 11,000 senior leaders spanning industries and geographies. This network is not a database — it is an active, trusted community built over ten years that gives our clients access, credibility, and reach that few can match.

We work with a select number of clients at any one time. That is a deliberate choice — it is how we protect the quality of our work and the depth of our relationships.
