Founded by Seamus O’Hara, M.Ed, a seasoned educator and former principal, The Ippy Dippy bridges the gap between traditional PD models and the dynamic needs of educators and students.  It was created in response to Seamus identifying the need for the following, which are also the major functions of our platform; 
1.  Meeting people where they are:  We leverage our technology to capture the previously unrecorded everyday learning of students and professionals 21st-century microlearning.
2.  One-stop for everything:  We use agile methods to record and merge all professional and professional learning; in-person, online, and more.
3.  Manage learning—for your team and yourself: Our administrative dashboard helps parents and supervisors support learning, monitor progress, and see growth over time.
4.  Making learning management universal: We replace fragmented credentials with a single, transparent record of learning that follows individuals across school, work, and life.
5.  Localized Content: Content can be tailored to reflect local cultural, regional, and curricular requirements.
