Mission: The IRIS Collaborative is a social enterprise consultancy on a mission to innovate real and impactful solutions by bridging people,
purpose and profit, to advance social change.

Vision: Making our world a better place by bridging people, purpose and profit.

Inspiration: Irious Thompson, our founder's great-grandmother, was the original CEO of her family, who, just like the Iris flower, was a bridge of hope for many. In life, she represented Iris' symbolism by modeling the importance of valor, wisdom and faith. Our commitment to each client we serve is built upon these values.
