THE IT Supplier was founded in 2007, as Servio Technology Ltd, as a broad based IT products and services enterprise. In recent years the business has evolved in line with client needs into a specialist IT & technology procurement solution provider. Accurately structured to deliver upon the specific needs of mid-size 21st century clients. Servio has rebranded as THE IT Supplier to reflect its new mission. One source, one stop, one solution. We’re a specialist IT & Technology procurement partner. We work across sectors to provide a unique supply chain solution to tech-savvy teams.

THE IT Supplier works with mid-size and larger clients’ expert IT managers & departments to source everything from workstations to widgets, and from software-licensing to hardware-maintenance. THE IT Supplier works right across the Public, Private and Third Sectors understanding, procuring and delivering what clients need.
THE IT Supplier delivers an expert, on-demand extension to your procurement team. Simply put, our clients know what they want, THE IT Supplier gets it.

We’ve been working in IT ‘operations’ and ‘the channel’ for over twenty five years now. So our close vendor-relationships include: Hardware, Software-licensing, Maintenance, Networking, Infrastructure, Professional Services, Telephony and Contract. As well as: Storage, Business-Continuity, Disaster-Recovery and Virtualisation. There’s an almost infinite list of vendors who’s stuff we know works.

So when you’ve established a working relationship with us, you’ll find we're very approachable and don’t hide from a problem like some do. We publish contact details, and encourage contact from the new vendors too, so we know what the alternatives are when a products roadmap shows kit end-of- life and we’ll know how to get it for you.

Give us a part number and we’ll get it, give us a problem and we’ll solve it, give us a chance and we’ll prove it!

We can guarantee we are the right stop for you.
