IVD Project offers consulting services for small and medium construction companies both nationally and internationally, along with continuous business improvement programs with subsequent remote back-office support and launch and development of the project management office (PMOaaS).

To date, we have deployed more than 50 improvement programs worldwide, enjoying incredible success in identifying, evaluating, and implementing innovative technology and process improvements on a business level.

We have designed and developed many of the best practices and automation workflows. Major pilot efforts and projects have included the execution of project management tools, their linkage to third-party applications (accounting apps, CRM, graphic design software), testing, internal training, and post-deployment maintenance and back-office support.

Our key advantages include:

•Process automation, providing effective tools that help to increase the number of implemented complex projects.
•Ongoing monitoring and control of clients’ portfolio, program, and project tasks.
•Decision making for increased clarity and simplicity.
•Transparent communication with clients in real-time regardless of their location.
•Regularly trained personnel with streamlined communication, improved quality, and personal professional skills and competencies.
•A system of templates and inhouse standards, so that typical mistakes and rework are avoided.

We have tested and gathered a comprehensive range of professional software applications to help customers succeed both today and in the future. Our support encompasses the project scope, timeline and budget management, while ensuring a unified communication system, tasks and documents management, risk management, and reporting and ExCom Dashboards.
