The Just Convergence is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and incubator for justice-led organizations. We strengthen community-based solutions for justice-impacted individuals and families by providing the partnerships, infrastructure, research support, and funding readiness organizations need to grow sustainably and expand impact.

We focus on four connected strategies: strengthening evidence and influence, building capacity for growth, convening for coordination, and cultivating justice-led solutions. Our work includes operational support, compliance guidance, grant readiness, research partnerships, IRB coordination, data security frameworks, reporting systems, and shared infrastructure that help effective programs document outcomes and compete for resources without losing what makes them trusted and community-rooted.

The challenges facing people returning home are urgent and deeply interconnected. Too often, justice-impacted individuals and their families face fragmented systems, housing instability, employment barriers, and limited support during critical transition periods, while the organizations closest to the work remain underfunded and overextended.

The Just Convergence exists to strengthen what works. We bring together community leaders, researchers, employers, funders, technology partners, and organizations with direct system experience to build more coordinated, healing-centered pathways for reentry, family connection, and long-term stability. By investing in justice-led organizations, we help make effective solutions more visible, sustainable, and scalable.
