We harness the exceptional talent that exists in the coaching community and make this available to people doing vital work as NGOs charities, social and environmental enterprises.
Coaching is highly effective at facilitating transformation our aim is that these organisations thrive now and accelerate towards their missions – this vital body of work cannot wait.
Hence the name The Kairos Project – which is the Greek for “The time is now”.
