High standards of service, planning, organization, continuity, and attention to detail are hallmarks of The Kellogg Organization, Inc. Founded in 1981, TKO is recognized as one of the country’s foremost specialists in researching, structuring, and implementing comprehensive capital, program, and endowment campaigns.

The Kellogg Organization, Inc.’s business model is about transformation, not transaction. For more than four decades, our Denver-headquartered national firm has been defined as a high-quality, hands-on practice that serves only a select number of national and international clients. This client-oriented approach is designed to protect the Principals’ and project team’s direct and consistent involvement with each engagement.

The Kellogg Organization specializes in major gift development by helping clients build long-term relationships between their institutions, volunteers, executives, and major donors. TKO has an exceptional track record of assisting clients in identifying, strategizing for, and obtaining high-end six-, seven-, and eight-figure transformational gifts.

Distinguished by its commitment to quality and thoroughness, The Kellogg Organization serves West Coast, East Coast, and Mountain States clients from its national headquarters in Denver, Colorado. The TKO process is energetic, responsive, creative, and flexible. The entire TKO Project Team — including Peter M. Kellogg, Chairman and CEO, and Marne Davis Kellogg, President, along with our nationally based Senior Executive Consultants and Strategic Alliances — is accessible, engaged, and accountable for consistent support and guidance throughout each engagement.
