The Kelp Desk supports service-based entrepreneurs and small business owners who thrive on momentum but need calm, strategic structure behind the scenes.

Founded by Kim Muldoon, The Kelp Desk blends operations, systems thinking, and an understanding of how people work best to help businesses run smoother and feel lighter.

Think of me as your behind-the-scenes anchor: steady, systems-minded, and built to keep things flowing.
