The Kemp Group is a regional search firm that specializes in positions in accounting and finance. Our clients range from small privately held businesses to Fortune 10 corporations.

Our President and Director of Executive Search, Jeff Kemp, who is a CPA, started the Kemp Group with the intention of building a team of recruiters that specialize in their field of study. "It is in our best interest that our clients receive top-notch customer care from recruiters who are experts in their field. I believe we have a track record of repeat business, due to the tenure and experience of our employees."

The Kemp Group is a different kind of recruiting firm. We operate with integrity and we work as a team. Our consultants rely on knowledge and experience to match talent with opportunity.
