Samuel Carter

Samuel Carter is a seasoned information technology professional with extensive experience in cloud management and ERP systems. Currently serving as Cloud Manager at Xavier University since November 2013, Samuel oversees the design, implementation, and maintenance of the ERP system, ensuring timely upgrades and patches. Previous roles include DBA/Banner Systems Administrator at Xavier University, an Information Technology Consultant at The Kenaly Complement, and outreach coordinator positions that emphasized relationship development within diverse communities. Samuel has also held leadership positions as Interim Director for Information Technology at Central State University and Vice President for Information Technology at Wilberforce University. An early career as a recording artist adds a unique dimension to Samuel's diverse skill set. Samuel holds a BA in Communications, Radio and Television from Central State University and an AAS in Communications from Sinclair Community College.
