The Kind Lawyers is a growing community of legal, academics and professionals rethinking the role of law in human systems.

What began as a series of conversations has become something more deliberate. A framework. A discipline. A way of practising that is attentive to impact, not just intention.

Our work centres on four foundations
Accountability
Connection
Alignment
Community

Together, they guide a simple but demanding question
What is the least harmful way to move this system towards stability?

In 2026, this work expands.

In collaboration with Bond University, we are co-editing a dedicated Kindness in Law edition of the Bond Law Review - a peer-reviewed journal bringing together voices from across legal practice, academia and adjacent disciplines. This is an invitation to contribute to the emerging architecture of Kind Law.

Alongside this, our events continue to create space for honest, often uncomfortable, conversations about how law is practised and experienced. From conference panels to small-room dialogues, the focus remains the same - moving beyond performance and into practice.

What we are building is not a brand or a movement for its own sake. It is a body of work.

A set of ideas that can be tested, challenged, and applied.

And, over time, embedded into the everyday practice of law.
