Sarah DeVries is an accomplished audio description writer at the International Digital Centre since January 2025, focusing on creating scripts that enhance the viewing experience for visually impaired audiences. At The Kitchen--Global Localization, Sarah adapts translated video scripts for dubbing in English. As a subtitler for Iyuno Media Group, work includes adding English subtitles to Spanish-language shows. Sarah writes a weekly opinion column for Mexico News Daily and manages advertising sales for the publication. Previously, a transcript production coordinator for Prevail Legal and subtitler and QA reviewer at IDC, Sarah has extensive experience in translation and content creation, including contributions to Expats In Mexico and writing short stories for ESL textbooks. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Spanish from Manchester University.
