Jana Light

Jana Light has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in product development, project management, content editing, and accounting.

Currently, they serve as the Director of Product Development, E-Learning at Knowledge Coop since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Manager and then as a Product Owner at the same company.

Before joining Knowledge Coop, Jana owned and managed their own business, 90 Degree Renovation LLC, where they worked as a Business Owner and Project Manager from October 2019 to July 2021.

Jana also has experience at Renaissance Learning, where they held the position of Product Owner from March 2015 to October 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Math Content Editor and a Math Content Editor at the same company.

Jana's work history also includes an internship as an Accounting Intern at the Portland Art Museum in 2012 and a role as a Math Content Developer at Pearson North America from September 2005 to January 2007.

Jana Light attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics. Jana later pursued a Post Baccalaureate degree in Accounting at Portland State University from 2011 to 2012. In October 2016, Jana obtained the certification of Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance.
