This team is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and ensuring that client needs are met with KYA’s comprehensive modernization and construction services. By strategically targeting K-12 schools, community colleges, municipalities, and other organizations, the team contributes to the success and mission of creating better places through high-quality projects.

Client Development and Sales

The Estimating Team at The KYA Group is responsible for analyzing project requirements and delivering accurate cost estimates for various construction and modernization projects. This team meticulously reviews project specifications, timelines, and potential risks to develop budgets that ensure competitive and profitable bids. Key tasks include assessing material, labor, and equipment costs, collaborating with suppliers and subcontractors, and supporting project planning for high-profile projects ranging from sports complexes to educational facilities.

Estimating Team

The Finance and Accounting team at The KYA Group is responsible for managing the company's financial health and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This includes tasks such as budgeting, financial planning, bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, tax compliance, and financial analysis. Led by the Chief Financial Officer, the team works collaboratively to support strategic decision-making and maintain financial integrity, contributing to KYA's mission to Create a Better Place.
