We exist to Help Professionals Communicate with Confidence, Clarity and Credibility in English.

When the-pressure-is-on, you’ll stay Composed, Persuasive, and Precise — whether you’re presenting to a global board, negotiating deals, or managing high-stakes discussions with Anglophone audiences.

Our work isn’t about perfect grammar. It’s about PERFORMANCE.
We train the way you work — fast, focused, and results-driven. Every session builds the reflexes, language control, and authority you need to lead, influence, and deliver results in English.

SERVICES

EXECUTIVE COMMUNICATION & BUSINESS ENGLISH TRAINING
Our flagship program uses the Reflex Learning™ methodology to develop the communication reflexes executives need to lead, present, and negotiate effectively in English.
We’ve trained thousands of professionals and corporate teams over 15+ years through our network of coaches — all native English experts with proven business and leadership experience, able to simulate individual & multi-attendee scenarios.

LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY TESTS
AI-based testing for individuals and organisations. Accredited by Eaquals and aligned with CEFR, the TLG Proficiency Test measures performance across reading, writing, listening, and speaking — giving a clear view of communicative ability in business contexts.

CONSULTANCY & CORPORATE PROGRAMS
We partner with HR and L&D teams to design and deliver tailored English communication programs and can integrate your own e-learning modules directly into our system. We also cater for non-corporate clients.
