Tracy Davis-Raphael

Tracy Davis-Raphael is a committed nonprofit leader and the Co-Founder and Executive Director of The Lantern Network, which empowers young, underserved entrepreneurs and professionals through mentorship, skill development, and career opportunities. Growing up in inner-city Columbus, Tracy faced significant challenges but ultimately pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance and later received certifications in operations management. With previous roles at Honda R&D Americas and Alcoa, Tracy implemented strategic initiatives that enhanced efficiency and reduced costs. At The Lantern Network, Tracy has mentored over 375 young professionals, helping to secure vital partnerships and funding to support the organization's mission of economic empowerment.
