Sara A. has a varied work experience, beginning in 2012 as a Committee Member and Speaker for O'Reilly Media. In 2014, they Co-Founded both The Laundry and Seamless Planet, where they also served as CEO. In 2015, they became an Advisor for the McGill X-1 Accelerator and an Entrepreneur In Residence for AstroLabs. In 2017, they held the same role at Qatar Science & Technology Park. In 2018, they became a Venture Advisor for Phaze Ventures. In 2019, they held the same role for Green Cow Venture Capital. In 2020, they joined the Advisory Board and became a Strategy Consultant for the Tupac Amaru Shakur Foundation. In 2021, they Founded Anar Ventures.

Sara A. completed a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Amirkabir University of Technology - Tehran Polytechnic in 2003. Sara then attended McGill University, though it is unclear what their studies were there. In 2006, Sara earned a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Universit\u00e9 du Qu\u00e9bec \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al in gestion. Two years later, they earned their Master's in Information system Engineering from Concordia University. In addition, Sara has a Certified Scrum Engineer certification.
